Posture Podiatry Staff Update
Tess Clisby has returned. Tess started back at Posture Podiatry on the 31st July after 6 months of maternity leave. Tess is now available Mondays and Wednesdays for consultation as she balances work and family life with her gorgeous daughter, Zara.

Adelaide Podiatrist, Will Duncan, announced his engagement to his lovely fiance, Isabella, back in June and will soon be venturing off on an African safari in September. He’ll spend early September in Africa and will then travel onto England to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Will’s annual leave is scheduled to take place over most of September with his return date set for early October. We’re all looking forward to plenty of photos.
Tess Clisby, Tom Kolesnik and Tessa Coleman will remain available during Will’s absence.
Tessa Coleman started with us earlier this year in January and is now proving quite popular among clients. Tessa recently advised us she will increase her availability around October so we’re happy to announce Tessa Coleman will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays commencing around mid-October this year.

Adelaide Podiatrist, Tom Kolesnik, recently spent most of the winter trying to squeeze in some training and preparation for the recent Adelaide marathon while also attending to his family duties for his three gorgeous daughters. Tom achieved his goal of completing the 42.2km marathon which we all thought was a marvellous feat. Well done Tom! Great effort.
Spring is Almost Upon Us…
Well winter is almost over and the days are getting slightly longer meaning we’ll all soon have a little more daylight to squeeze a bit more into our days. Spring is often a time when we see clients increasing their activity levels as we approach summer and the Christmas period. It’s also a time when winter sport finals commence and, for those not so fortunate to make finals, it’s a time to reflect and address any sports season injuries, aches and pains.
Increased movement in the warmer weather can often give rise to a few extra aches and pains especially for those who’ve been a little less active over winter. Anyway, regardless of how active you are, Posture Podiatry is here to help address any foot problems, heel pain and leg complaints so you can get on with doing what really matters without the restrictions of sore feet and aching legs.

Summer’s just around the corner so now’s the time to get your feet, legs and orthotics checked before the Christmas/New Year period.
