Spring Footcare Tips
Training Update
We often use joint mobilisation in conjunction with other treatment modalities to help reduce pain and improve mobility. Both Tess Clisby and Will Duncan recently attended a training update for foot mobilisation and joint manipulation. Our latest blog post talks about foot mobilisation in greater detail and helps to explain how this therapy can help improve movement, performance and comfort even if you happen to wear orthotics. You’ll find all the details at the following webpage: https://posturepodiatry.com.au/foot-mobilisation-therapy/
