Who Rates The Best Podiatrist In Adelaide?
Three Best Rated® is a web site which rates many things and comes up with the top 3 selections based on their Three Best Rated® 50-Point Inspection.
A recent Google search noted our very own local Adelaide Podiatrist, Tom Kolesnik, had been included on the “Three Best Rated®” web site at: https://threebestrated.com.au/podiatrists-in-adelaide-sa
Tom was rated as one of the top 3 Podiatrists in Adelaide by Three Best Rated®. Posture Podiatry was only made aware of Tom’s inclusion today but we feel it’s a well deserved accolade for Tom given he always goes above and beyond to provide the very best possible care for his clients.
Apparently, each candidate is handpicked following a Three Best Rated® 50-Point Inspection. Details of the 50 point inspection can be found on the website. Following this inspection, Tom was included as one of the Top 3 Podiatrists in Adelaide, SA.

Hello
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and heal tendonitis by a podiatrist about a year ago and did all the streching, strengthening and icing for my feet and also tried shock wave therapy on five occasions, it was akay as it did relieve some of the pain but it came back,so i have being putting up with the pain ever since my last treatment,it seems to be getting a little worse, is it possible that you could help me
Hi John,
It’s difficult to know whether we can help before physically examining you. You mentioned you’ve tried stretching, strengthening, icing and shock wave therapy which can certainly help but are just a few treatment options available for plantar fasciitis and heel tendonitis. Other treatment options which may need consideration include foot mobilisation, bracing, dry needling and/or orthotic therapy just to name a few. Treatment needs are personalised according to your examination results so a complete examination is a crucial first step. Following this, we can then determine what course of action is most appropriate. You’ll find more detailed information on our approach to heel pain, plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis (heel tendonitis) on the following web pages:
1. Plantar Fasciitis
2. Heel Pain
3. Achilles Tendonitis
